Guy really resembled

Description

Saw a guy today at the galleria max stop who really resembled your fella. He was approx 6' with short balding grey hair. He was sitting againt a garbage recepticle and every now and then he would lift up his hood and shout "where are my wife and kids? Give me back my wife and kids." This seemed odd to me as he did not seem intoxicated. After a few minutes he got agitated and got up and tore the top off the recepticle and started screaming about the return of his wife and kids again. He also was getting around with the aid of crutches. Two cycle officers spoke with him and asked him to move. He did going north on park towards burnside. This was approx 3 to 3:30 pm this afternoon. hope you find him and hope this helps. You never know.
