Eastbound Multnomah Falls to Vancouver on I-84

Description

Saturday, about 5 p.m., a woman driving east from Multnomah Falls to Vancouver on I-84 saw a man walking alone. After seeing a news report, later that night, she believes the man matches Mark's description. THIS HAS BEEN PASSED ONTO POLICE. While it is unsubstantiated and we will likely get sighting reports that end up not being Mark, anybody who traveled that area of I-84 on Saturday, or travels I-84 is asked to keep their eyes peeled for Mark.
