We had an unsubstantiated tip that someone matching Mark's description was spotted at the Hiker/Biker camp at Cape Blanco State Park, north of Port Orford on the southern Oregon coast, on Friday, Sept. 30. The man was confused and thought the date was 9/11/2001. Anybody else in that area have contact with the same man?| Credibility: |  |
